Returns
- Eligibility: You can return items within [14] days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Please note that all Altesse Soin products are classified as non-returnable items due to their nature as personal care products. Once opened, these items cannot be resold, and we are unable to verify their condition. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for these products.
How to Return an Item
- Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at CX@tribucare.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Or contact us via whatsapp +201004310030
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
- Ship the Item: One of our delivery representatives will contact you to arrange the collection of the item.
- Return Fees: Returns will incur a fee equivalent to the original delivery cost, in addition to a return processing fee ranging from 300 to 600 EGP Total per return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [14] days.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different item, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within [1] day of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
